Returns and Exchanges
Refunds:
GODO Swimwear is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, we commit ourselves to offer an exchange of the products concerned under the below conditions.
The products must still be in their original packaging and in their original condition (i.e. not worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled). The customer has 3 working days to request an exchange of his product from delivery date. Exchanges will only be accepted within this period. Please send an e-mail to godoswimwear@gmail.com and one of our Customer Service Agents will be in contact with you.
No refunds will be made. Exchange will be made only be made in the size, no changes of design or color will be accepted. Change of size will only be accepted once so please check in advance our size chart. Products in promotion do not receive exchange as these are last items available.
The costs of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Note: any products received by us that are not in the original conditions will not be accepted for an exchange.

Returns
You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
For hygiene reasons, we ask that all items are tried on over underwear.
Exchanges
Need a different size or model?
We recommend placing a new order to secure your preferred item, and returning the original one.

Simply contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few days.
